Default ok. Really now.

Ok, im pissed off, I constantly find myself creating a new character, getting dyes an money, going to post, and bringing it to my main character.
Im a level 8 in post, and its WAY too damn hard to make money, after i spent the 1 plat i got from pre, the most money i can make is 100, i get killed be4 i find any dyes, this game needs to adjust some difficulty factors x99.

have you tried partying or hireing henchmen, I was a lvl 5 or 6 when I got to post and never had any problems with dieing (at least, not very much) or getting money.

Wow you made 1 plat in pre-searing?

I came over to Post with 200 gold...

Save everything that you loot and sell it... you should have no money issues.

there's nothing wrong with the difficulty of this game. Your only have problems, cause your not grouping with people or henchman.

sounds like another "i fail at GW give me free money" post.

get some friends together and go run missions, dont even look at your money its really not all too important. As far as most dye goes you can usually snag one off another player for around 150g. Keep in mind you are still in noobie area, expect cash to be slow.

Start doing the primary missions... the further you go in the game, the better the "gold supply" gets. There will be no need to farm preascalon.

I can't sympathize much either... I was a level 6 coming over with less than 100gp, and now I'm a 15 with about 1000gp (this is after a full suit of Wyvern armor and a level 14 shield and a decent sword purchase).

You need to group with the henchman and players (as already mentioned), or you need to utilize your skills correctly. If you don't have any new skills from Pre-Searing, you weren't doing the quests available.

This does sound like another moan about money post.. which I find weird cos I'm constantly bumping into people with brilliant armor, and so much money they're selling gold items for 700 gold.

People who really want the rewards should do the hard work. For me than means I scour the forums for tips and ideas.. and it paid off. I found a thread that (for my class) allows me to make 1 plat in post searing in about.. hm... 40 minutes to an hour? Depending on how much I'm yackin to friends?

I started doing it when I was level 9. I'm now level 14. I take a while to level cos I like to enjoy the game WHERE I'M AT. I don't get the people who leave pre searing and GRIND till they get to Yak's Bend and THEN buy new armor. I've bought 3 sets of armor, dyed the whole bloody lot AND I still have the cash to help my sister and friends.

My method of making money (which I have tried to share with a few "sceptical" and "ungratefull" people), means I zone out of Ascalon city.. spend about 5-10 minutes doing what I do.. then zoning back. Rinse and repeat. Of course this is only when I'm looking to buy something.. like when I saved up for my guild cape.

People who post threads like this.. are tooooo lazy for words. (They're the kind of people who try to sell a Dmg 7-15 bow Dmg + 10% bow for 650 gold, JUST to make so cash :P)

I can understand you can't make money at lv 10 and less, but when you get like, lv 14, even if youre not looking to make gold, your going to make profit anyway. I was lv 14 and I found mself full of stuff to sell to player or just to sell to merchant. There is also other way, maybe more ... well you know.

Like, I found pp selling longsword 15-22 dmg for 1,5k gold and they were getting those sword from a collector. So, they make money this way. Or, I already found someone selling a drag sword for 1000 gold. I bought it, and later I found someone wanting to buy a drag sword. So, i offer mine and he was rdy to buy it for 2,5k gold .

There is hundreds way to make money. Selling dye, ressources, weapons, shields, runes ... Buying at low price and selling to an higher price etc ...

It's CAPITALIST guys !!!
